Personal Training here is referring to general fitness training, or precise fitness training, depending on your goals.
What I do:
I primarily help people get into better shape, living a healthier lifestyle through different kinds of exercise. Everyone is different, so some people love working out at home. Other’s need a gym to get themselves going. I work with individuals to find out what’s best for them.
Specialty Training:
I also work on specific goals for people such as running, gymnastics, BJJ, calisthenics, flexibility (extremely important for longevity) and so on. Talk with me and we can find out what I can do for you.
