What are the class times for BJJ?
Thursday at 6:30pm to about 8:30pm and the next Saturday at 0900 am. This may change as more people are interested in Jiu Jitsu.
How can I sign up for a class?
No sign up is necessary, but if you wanted to let me know you’re coming, there’s a sign up page on the website!
Are there classes for beginners?
Yes, each class is for beginners!
What should I wear to class?
For your first class, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing, such as a t-shirt and shorts. If you decide to continue, you may want to invest in a gi, which is the traditional uniform for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners.
Can I sign up for others?
You can contact me and let me know who’s coming with you, or you can add additional guests to your sign up on the website!
